Chris Norfolk Posted October 2, 2006 Share Posted October 2, 2006 Hi everyone, Just a quick note to say that I am still in the UK. Dad is still doing quite badly, I spk to his doctor on Sunday and his communication skills were pretty much gone. He had had a number of seizures during the week which means that his tumors were quite large. I asked the dr what he thought and he told me that he has prescibed some medication which may reduce the swelling and give him some of the communication skills back and if it does then he may be ok for quite a few weeks, if it doesnt, then probably only 2 weeks - that is of course all as accurate as he can be. I spoke to my brother today and he told me that dad was trying to talk, but was very frail and not clear, so I dont really know what to make of that. I am going to speak to him on wednesday or thrusday to get an update and the dr again on Sunday or earleir if needed. Just thought I'd let you all know Thanks for listening.
