Our doctor prescribed, but unfortunately my husband unable to stomach the cottage cheese. I enquired about capsules, but was told waste of time. Had to be the oil mixed with the cheese. Someone sent it through an e-mail to me with tons of testimonies that it helped their cancer so I looked it up on the internet and found it supposable really does help and that it helps with a lot of other things also (in non cancer pt) but I have read you can put it in yogurt also so you might ask the Dr. about that.
