Steph74 Posted November 21, 2007 Share Posted November 21, 2007 Thanks to the hard work (and persistence) of my mom -Governor Blagovich will be signing this proclamation at my mom's cancer center (with my mom) on Tuesday, November 27th. 11 AM - 1 PM, Kellogg Cancer Care Center, Northwestern, in Evanston, IL.
