ChristinaMarie
In the 7 weeks since my husband's last scan his main tumor is grown 5mm and a lymphnode grew 8mm. So we are starting Alimta next week. The oncologist says the side effects are minimal and people respond pretty well to it. I hope he is right.
SandraL
Hi Christina. I am sorry to hear about the progression. Many people on this board have done well on Alimta. I was on it for a short time but had a tough go of it. For most people though I hear it is quite tolerable. Prayers that it does the trick for him with minimal side effects.
