Guest rick m Posted January 8, 2004 Share Posted January 8, 2004 i see they have a clinical trial going at sloan-kettering in ny. it is a vaccine to help prevent sclc from returning. i will be getting in this trial when my treatment is over in a few months. hey..ya never know it just might work....they have had a good response on the immune system on the first trial. do not know if they are doing this in any other part of the country but may be worth finding out....good luck to all....we all can BEAT this thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Guest rick m Posted January 9, 2004 Share Posted January 9, 2004 they want you at least 4 weeks from your last treatment and no more than 12 weeks since last treatment. my dr knows the dr at sloan so i shouldn't have a problem getting in.....i hope...
