jaminkw
If you have stage 3 or 4 lung cancer or are a caretaker of someone who does, check out this link by Dr West of CancerGrace. He offered it to me after one of my recent setbacks. Oddly enough, it gave me hope even though I'm not a candidate for surgery or radiation. He said it's about Rob's unique cancer and aggressive treatment. Also, Rob continues to survive and do well two years past the date of this article. http://cancergrace.org/lung/2009/01/24/case-of-rob-f/ If the direct link doesn't work, copy and paste it to your address bar. LiveLong
Thanks for sharing this. I know that a lift in the spirits can mean all the difference. Even if the treatment is not for everyone it just goes to show that the odds can be beaten. My Dad lived a lot longer than the docs predicted, oxygen concentrator and all. I think it had to do with hope and a belief in something greater than himself.
