Leo0328
Since my CT scan after taxotere was inconclusive, but showed hazy areas which may be tumors, I have enrolled in a study which will document the effects of Gleevac and Gembicitibene in combination to fight recurrent sclc tumors. I'll keep posting here to let people here know what's happening and how it is working. So far after two treatments of Gemcitibine and 5 straight days of Gleevac, my side effects have been mild. karen335
Hi Ginny, It is a rare cancer of the gastrointestinal intestinal tract. I hope I'm spelling this correctly. She is in remission right now and doing great... Blessings, prayers and hugs, Karen
