Another Reason-EAT YOUR BROCOLI

This am on TV they said that a long term study done on nurses by Harvard found that Those that ate brocoli, dark greens as lettuce, have better memories. Some of us could use help in that area. As we have discussed before these are good in reversing lung damage that could lead to lung cancer. EAT IT ALL UP Donna G

I understand that blueberries help with memory and mental acuity as well as provide powerful anti-oxidant protection. I don't know about everybody else, but I need all the help I can get on both fronts, so I'm eating blueberries every morning!

I eat blueberries almost every day - usually thrown in with plain non-fat yogurt and topped with wheat germ. Yummy!

Larry, I do simple crossword puzzles and play chess with a computer. I set it on easy!
