David A Posted February 12, 2003 Share Posted February 12, 2003 HI Everyone, Just heard from doctor actually nurse , the cat scan I had Monday 2/10 showed no tumor activity in my lung or chest area, so i guess that mean s that I am cancer free!!!!!!! and a lung cancer survivor!!! Thats what I like about these boards, just when I start to wonder is there really hope for this awful disease. I love to hear it first hand. I was diagnosed in May of 2001, had surgery two upper lobes right lung and a bunch of nodes removed . Still cancer free as far as we can tell. Happy for you.
