  1. I pick up my 15 lbs dumbbells and lift them up above my shoulder until I can't take it anymore, rest a minute and do it again until I run out of breath.

When I sit, It sure is a big relief. Then take Aleeve for muscle pain. I'm growing this arm muscle since my husbands diagnosis

It has been helping with stress a little bit. Haven't touch the lexapro and valium department yet. Probably getting close. I will try to buy a heavier weights, we shall see.

  2. You might want to get hard and get the first line combo of platins and taxol, or taxotere, and avastin. Seems like everything is confined to one area that is great. But I wouldn't do the wait and see. Just get on it if you are up to it. God Bless.

Got to have your Melatonin very important.

  4. Tom:

Make sure you have somebody to do errands and light housekeeping, and meal preparation for you and your wife since she seems that she could also need some help around the house. Just make it easy on both of you. Just relax and get as much rest as you can until the pain subsided. You can do light exercises just by getting up and doing a marching band exercise infront of your chair. Just take it easy for a couple of weeks and you'll be fine. God Bless.

  5. Mike o Mike, how I love love stories coupled with NED. Can I invite myself to the wedding?

We did enjoy all your photos in your Asia Trip.

Very proud of you for finding your soul mate while you are running around having an affair with NED. I pray that NED stays forever. God Bless you both.

    Love,

  6. Hi Jen:

Thanks for sharing. You sure made my day today. Thank you for putting a smile on my face. Hey, do you mind sharing the treatments that deliver you to our friend NED? (No Evidence of Disease).

Look forward to hearing from you.

  7. Hello everyone, Thomas started Taxotere yesterday,

his onc advised to take Glutamine supplement 10 grms

3x/day and B-6 supplements. He also put him on 8 mg

Dexamethasone 2x /day before chemo, on chemo day, and day after. Anybody had the supplements before? Does it help?

Thank you all for your expertise.

O by the way, we finally got to see his regular Onc, and he said that Avastin was not included in the trial of Squamous Cell, and due to the size of his tumor, the bleeding side effects is too high. I'm kind a pleased with him so we are not changing onc yet. But we emphasized that we will only see him and no one else in their office except on emergency. Thanks again everybody. I love you all
