carls Posted March 17, 2005 Share Posted March 17, 2005 It seems the chemo was not working. The tumors in the brain got worse and same with the tumor in the lung. I persoanlly could not help you with the tarceva but there are many people on here who have taken or are still taking the tarceva. I pray this works for him. I don't think you will find too many people who have been using Tarceva long term, because it is still a relatively new drug. It does seem to be having some wonderful results though, and my understanding is that it can be taken indefinitely. I hope it works wonders for your Dad.
