kimmek Posted April 10, 2005 Share Posted April 10, 2005 A quick update on Moms mammogram, we went back fr the follow up and more pictures were taken (no sonogram done)the doc said she has nodules (?)cysts (?) something , I wasnt in there and mom remembers nothing these days..anyway in both breasts. He said they are starting to calsify (whatever that means). Anyway his thought was since they are on both breasts that it is nothing to worry about, and to come back in 6 months. Seems ok to me, I mean if he thought it were more serious wouldnt he have ordered a biopsy or something? So i guess for 6 months i will try as mom will to put this out of mind and not worry.
