Don't overdo, now, although I have a feeling that's asking for the impossible from you. Sorry that the pain is still so bad. It is an awfully painful surgery, and the point has been made that the old scar tissue may indeed contribute to some of the pain you're feeling, but you should begin to feel it subsiding soon.
