SandraL Posted March 5, 2009 Share Posted March 5, 2009 We are headed up island to a ski resort tomorrow and will be back late on Tuesday. With my back and foot of course I will not be skiing, but am really looking forward to a change in scenery. We are staying in a chalet on the mountain where there are no vehicles. SandraL Posted March 12, 2009 Author Share Posted March 12, 2009 I had a lovely time up island. I wasn't able to ski but others in my family enjoyed the ski hill. I spent my time in the lovely chalet by the fire. Reading books, eating, drinking, playing games, and enjoying the lovely view outside. It was good to get away. There was no snow on our way up until we started heading up the mountain. But on our way back, there was snow all the way to our front door!
