You know it's going to be a long day....

It's 7am, I begin work at 6am.  Earl Grey tea is my best friend at 6am. You know it's going to be a long day when you fill your mug with hot water and set it on your desk.  Then work gets busy and when you return, an hour later, you realize you never put in any tea! Now I am impatiently waiting for it to brew

What are the clues that tell you it's going to be a long day?
