Kjmjones
After remaining NED for 15 months post surgery/chemo and radiation for stage III nsclc my oncologist recommended a Signatera test. The first test came back negative for MRD (Molecular Residual Disease) but the second test was positive(0.8%) The next step involves testing for any mutations and the possible use of targeted therapy. Is there a standard protocol for treating MRD? Any advice or personal experience would be appreciated. Tom Galli
Judy M2
Testing for a mutation is the right move. From my very limited understanding of MRD, a targetable mutation is what would be treated. LouT

Judy M2
No, I've never even heard of Signatera. LouT
