  1. Wanted to let you all know you are still in my thoughts and prayers.

I haven't posted much except to reply once in awhile, but I read most days. Things are as well as can be expected for Jo and us.

She has bad days and reasonably good ones, but misses Bob terribly as do we.

It's good that spring is here and she is busy with her yard and such.

    Strenth for the fight!!

    Love

  2. Betty, I just want to add my agreement to all of the comments above, and like Addie, I couldnt think of a thing to say, just felt so sad yesterday, but your post today sounds so good.

  3. I just wish I knew what to do to help her. She is with us a lot of the time, and we spend every single Saturday evening with her since we always spent that night with them anyhow.

The thing is, she looks like she has aged 10 years to me, and she is so fragile.

Tell me if any of you know what might help. She says all her life memories are of Bob and her, and that she feels this horrible cutting pain most days, and it swamps her like a wave coming from behind her.

She went to Ohio to visit her daughter for Easter, and that is a good thing, but she is sick with stomach flu there, and her daughter says she is going through the first trip without him, first holiday without him, first time type stuff too.

Just guess I needed to say we are very concerned about her and we miss Bob so very much.

    Thanks for listening

    Love

  4. Peggy, So glad to hear there won't be anything to wreak havoc with how well he has been doing symptom wise. Prayers coming your way for continued good life quality, it's the most important I think.

  5. Awww Curtis, she is so sweet, and you really must be a great Daddy since as everyone has said, she looks very happy.

She is sure growing up too. What a beauty.

  6. Peggy Dear, You have a wonderful outlook, and you are right, things could be worse. For one thing the fact that your hubby is feeling fairly well is great, and I sure pray that you will get some real wisdom from the onc. on meds and treatment, and that your sweetie gets to do his thing this spring.

He is blessed to have you.

    Love

    Nell
