Guest
Thought I'd post some good news. My October scan and pet scan showed a nodular infiltrate in my right lung ( opposite lung that I am in remission with) ---and here was increased activity noted in the pet scan ( but no SUV value was given. Went on to have a broncoscopy which proved to be negative. Apparently, the node was just normal lung tissue. Thank you God! day by day, week by week, month by month, --- Carly
Remembering Dave
Carly, wonderful! My husband Dave is going through some stuff right now - we THINK he's in remission, but has fluid in his lung/around heart, so he's getting a PET scan next week. Hearing your outcome after getting the positives on the PET scan is good to hear, I'm going to remember that if he gets any "positives" on the scan. Take care, and congrats!
