Don Posted January 13, 2010 Share Posted January 13, 2010 For your thoughts: People that are taking several medications that are given by as many different doctors sometimes should have their pharmacy or whoever is in charge sit down with you and verify that your meds are not causing more problems than helping. Making sure the meds don't conflict. Also I would suggest that you have that person tell you which ones would work better in the morning and which ones work better at night. Meaning take the perky pill in the morning and not before you go to bed. Maybe taking a little time during the day to talk with someone just might make you sleep better at night. I worked in a pharmacy for a couple of years and I always talk to my pharmacist. They take 4 or 5 years of pharmacology, I think a regular doctor takes 1 or 2 semesters.
