Asiedu Posted December 2, 2019 Share Posted December 2, 2019 It all started with a cough,after a successful treatment ,I lost my voice ,it’s difficult to diagnose lung and relative disease in Ghana and the cost is in the range of a sky rocket ,I paid 250 dollars for a CT scan which the doctor didn’t see any wrong in it,September 9 I collapse rushed into emergency unit ,took a chest X-ray and found fluids in my lungs ,they drain 2.1 litres of fluid which was bloody and sent a sample to the pathologist ,cytology report showed I had metasis Adri .i have seen an oncologist and started with chemotherapy but life is easy with me ,the cost of treatment for cancer in Ghana is very expensive ,I have four of chemotherapy to go but can’t pay for the treatment ,family support is non existence this is my story from far away the west coast of Africa Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I wonder if there are any cancer organizations that work internationally that might help you with treatment costs. Does anybody on these forums have information?.
