AngelL
First successful biopsy since diagnosis Stage IV NSCLC in 2020. Caris testing came back with EGFR Exon 12 mutation. Doctor said he couldn't find alot of information on this specific mutation but of course will keep researching, Instructed me to stay on Tagrisso for now as I've had no new growth outside of this one tumor in my spinal column. Is anyone here familiar with this mutation and if so what treatment plans have you been recommended?
LilyMir
Maybe consult with Dana Farber, they have a centre focused on EGFR: Chen-Huang Center for EGFR-mutant lung cancers. https://www.dana-farber.org/chen-huang-center-for-egfr-mutant-lung-cancers/ AngelL, BridgetO and Rower Michelle

Karen_L
I’ve heard Dr. Piotrowska speak a couple of times lately and like what I hear. She’s an EGFR specialist at Mass General. I wonder if she might have more information? https://www.massgeneral.org/cancer-center/doctors/19711/Zofia-Piotrowska Tom Galli
