Rachel
Had an MRI of neck yesterday. Osteophyte Complex C 4&5. Will see an Ortho on the 18th that has a history with backs. Cindy RN if you see this can you enlighten me at all. Has anyone dealt with this & what kind of treatment? I will be on a steroid taper for a week & see how that does. At least it's not the BEAST!! Thanks for all being there. Rachel
mhutch1366
Hey Rachel, I have something going on C6 and 7 maybe due to the scoliosis? I know it's not fun. I hope the steroids help, and you feel better. Might have something to do with inflammation. Give ole pup a big hug and a thump for me. XOXOXOXOX Prayers always, MaryAnn
Donna G
Mary Ann, have we got scoliosis in common also? Wow. Donna G
mhutch1366
Donna, someday we'll have to sit down and compare war wounds. A pancoast is a pancoast, after all, and getting them out isn't easy. Happy Birthday again!! Rachel, Glad NED is still inhouse... XOXOXO MaryAnn Prayers always
paddy
Rachel, Thank Goodness it wasn't the "Beast!" Do hope you will be more comfortable very soon. Paddy
Rachel
Thank you all for the words of encouragment once again. I can always count on you for comfort. The steroids seem to help a bit. Not taking as much pain meds. When I was first DX'd I was going in for a breast reduction. Believe me this was not for asthetics!!! Now for the 3rd time I have scheduled it again. All my Doc's have no problem with this & feel I will be more comfortable. Maybe help that neck/shoulder pain out. Of course I am nervous but excited for the results. This will be Aug 24th. Coming up fast. Hubby will be home. I may be off the board for a bit after surgery but will fill you in. Rachel
