my sisters surgery

My sister had her surgery. The doctor said he is certain its cancer . He told my brother -n- law Bill that he feels he got it all. The doctor said he

would discuss it more on Thursday. He will have the test results then. Not sure what results he is looking at since he already said it was cancer. I am assuming maybe the type and stage. I feel so bad for her she is so sick and the medication he gave her for nausea is not working.

Thank you for all your prayers and my sister asked that I thank everyone for her. Haylee

I think the doc may mean that they check the margins (areas) around the tumor to be sure they have removed all the cancer. Don

I'm glad that your sister is through surgery and doing fairly well. Being sick at your stomach is a real bummer though. Hoping and praying that ALL of the cancer was removed and your sister is on the road to recovery. Hang in there Haylee. I know it's tough.
