What a beautiful story about your dad. You sound so strong and wonderful. He sounds so strong and wonderful too. He is watching over you now, and you can be with him everyday, also, you will always be learning from him, just because he is no longer in the physical doesn't mean he can't still show and teach you things my friend.

Well, my moms Dr. didn't approve the celebrex as he said it is only for colon cancer. (YADDA YADDA YADDA)!! Janet W- WHat herbals have Cox 2? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am sorry to hear about your dilema.
Its a very hard time. I really don't have to much advice about the situation. I just pray that he will finally find some comfort. He does need to rest, so maybe the pills will help him to get the rest he needs. I also pray you will find some wisdom to help your dad through this trying time. Sometimes we have to let them do what they want. It makes them comfortable, and that always helps in the healing process. I will pray for you. God bless you.

My moms feet are really swollen. Its hot here in AZ, but they are bad. Really bad.
Can anyone tell me a good remedy, she is on Lasix, and they are still swollen. Does it take time to get swollen feet relieved with Lasix? They had to cancel her chemo last week because of low platelets too. The radiation is bringing down the lump on her head, so that is some good news. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you guys as always for listening. Praying for us all everyday and night.Rana

My mom also had to cancel her chemo appt this week as to low platelets. I hope they can continue. She is also really weak right now. Good spirits but weak.
I really wish she felt better. I will pray that Gianni's platelets come up so he can continue. Keep your spirits up.

I know that a tumor can be dead, and still be there, same size and everything. But, its rare. Keep asking the Dr. more questions its very downtrodding when a Dr. says that nothing has changed in size, but it doesn't mean the cancer hasn't been beat up to he** . I pray for success in the treatment for you mom.

Right now I honestly think we need to put a very special prayer out for Peggy's Nieces. They have lost a mother a caregiver and they are young. Please take time today to ask God for a special hand on those sweet girls. Pray he holds them close to comfort them, and give them the wisdom and strength to make it through this horrible moment in time. Please all my friends...please do this for these sweet girls. Thank you.
