TeeTaa,
Of course I remember T-bone. He was a wonderful person and made a deep, lasting impression on me as he fought the good fight. Your whole family always seemed so close and supportive. I am sorry for your losses this last few days. Keeping you all in my prayers.

Welcome to the group. I am sorry you seem to be having more trouble but hope the maintenance chemo will do the trick without being too rough on you.

Ry,
I am so glad they finally have some kind of answer. Praying that the meds work quickly and that John is feeling better soon. You guys have gone through so much trying to figure this one out. Hope this is the answer.

Nancy,
I am sorry to read that you have more problems. It doesn't seem fair after all you have been through. Prayers that this new chemo will do the trick. Are you in any pain from the pelvic mets?

I was IIIA (I think the only difference in IIIA and IIIB is size) and I am still here over 4 1/2 years later. You can do it. Let us know how things progress what your treatments will be. Sending prayers your way.

Hi Keri and Patty. I don't know how I missed the first post but glad I found you now. I hope the chemo reaction stays fairly mild and that it does the trick in kicking this disease. Its not easy but it sure is worth it. I bought my wig by mail order (well my beautician did) and it was not expensive. I was able to use it until my hair came back. Every one I saw told me they thought my hair was going to fall out...it did...they just couldn't tell. You might want to check on something fairly cheap and easy to fix that you can change up when you want a new style etc.
Keeping you all in my prayers and wishing you all good results.

It sounds like agressive and good treatments are already started. Do you know what chemo she will be taking? I hope she does well.

I had carbo/vp16 and only problems were nausea and hair loss. Again, can't tell which one caused what. Praying things go well.

So glad to see you posting. I know you are getting ready for the big day and probably don't have much time for the computer. Let us know when so we can "be there in spirit". Glad you are doing ok, was getting a little worried. Take care and keep us posted.
