Im so glad to hear that up to this point youve had great news. Also that you went to Hawaii (Im jealous). The fact that youve had a little set back is just proof that this disease is a rollercoaster ride. Im sure you will be back on the "high" end soon. Good luck with the Taxol...

Hi Ray,
My dad has not had the surgery as of yet, but is going in for biopsy tommorow to hopefully get clean results, and then surgery.... Anything I should be asking our surgeon??? We never know what we should be asking! Any advice welcomed

Dad's CT came back clean today!!! Anyone who has been following my dads story...i also updated my defeated again post in the NSCLC section with this news!!!

OK guys, Im also gonna post this in the Test time board...
Quick update, my Dad's CT came back clean...so ahead with the biopsy tomorrow!!!
. Hopefully, it will come back clean too, and then after that we have a scheduled "breathing test?" .
Anyone know what kind of test this is?? Im not sure of the actual name, the surgeon didnt really want to get into it until (and IF) everything came back clean
Hope we get the results from the biopsy soon, because if it is clean then surgery is a GO!

Great news! And just for your information... Im an expert miniature golfer thanks to my 5 year old Anthony's passion for it. The only kid I know that will sit in front of the TV for 3 hours whatching a bunch of men follow a little ball around!
