Guest Posted November 22, 2003 Share Posted November 22, 2003 Hi Want to share my happy news that my third Granddaughter arrived on November 12th at 8:25 p.m. Natalie Marie weighed in at 9lbs 2 oz. and 20 1/2 inches long. She was kept in the Special Care Nursery for 2 days due to fluid in the lungs and a heart murmur. The lungs cleared but she has a tiny hole on the wall of her heart BUT the Cardiologist said it is very common and should heal on its own. Mom, Dad and Natalie are all doing fine. Natalie's got her days and nights mixed up, but with some help from the 2 Grandmas, Mom and Dad are getting some sleep. This is not good news, my mother passed away on Saturday, November 15th in the morning. This day was Natalie's original due date. So it has been a bittersweet week. Mom lived to be 90 and passed peacefully in her sleep. I like to think she and Dad are looking down from up above and enjoying their newest great-granddaughter.
