I picked up some ingredients this morning for soft ginger cookies, fudge and almond delight. We will see what all are in the mood for tonight. My son wants to make fudge to give to his friends and my daughter is a very capable baker....minimal supervision required. She has spent many many hours in the kitchen with me.
