Annette Posted December 15, 2009 Share Posted December 15, 2009 My first scan since surgery - still scared and shaking the whole week since the test to the results. But they did a Head, Thorax, Pelvic and Abdomin scan and except for what appears to be postsurgical and chronic changes there were no significant findings. So I'm cleared and NED til my next scan in March. To those that said they would be "waiting with me" - I thank you so much - and I hope I can offer the smallest of support to the next person that needs a little help. I totally understand that scared and shaking part because that's me every time I have an upcoming appointment with my surgeon. It got better for me as good reports piled up, but I still get a little nuts before my appointment. I think I will always be like that, but I guess it goes with the territory. I'm with Cindy, it seems scananxiety never goes away but you have all of us to wait with you. Results don't get any better than NED!!!!!
