Doo Dee! Doo Dee! Doo Dee! The twilight zone!
As for dreams, what happens in my dreams stays in my dreams! LOL Don

We are running just above freezing for low, and around 55 for a high. Don

I noticed that the next chemo is Dec. 21. You may want to defer that until after Christmas so he feels better at Christmas. We did that each time Lucie's next chemo was just before a holiday. A few more days shouldn't make a big difference, and he might enjoy the holidays better. We found that you have to remind doctors about this -- they don't automatically think about it. Don

My heartfelt sympathies at the loss of your mom. She sounds like a great lady. Don

My wife's oncologist always gave top priority to pain and other problems she was having. before the treatment for cancer. He was great. I agree with you this should be priority with the doctor. Don
-
Sounds great! Thanks for letting us know. Glad you got to celebrate your mom's birthday. Don
-
You've got the right priority for you right now -- go with it. If the others don't understand, it is their problem, not yours. Sorry you have to put up with so much on top of the disease. Don
-
Every patient needs an advocate, including your dad, to fight through the medical system. I am glad you are there for your dad. Keep it up. Don
-
Congratulations! Go for it, and never look back!

All I can say is that the oncologist my wife went to had first priority to get the pain under control -- then the treatment for the cancer. He was a gem. Don

Sounds like they waited a reasonable time. Glad you want to help them with the plans. My daughter recently said she wouldn't mind if I remarried, just not too soon. Right now, I am not even thinking about that. I do believe there are men who don't want to be alone for any length of time, after they have already had a long-time companion. My best to you all. Don
