berisa Posted December 23, 2004 Posted December 23, 2004 I miss my dear dad very much especially Christmas, Christmas is a special holiday that family members, loved ones should be together to celebrate. This Christmas, I can't feel the warmth, I can't feel the Christmas. Christmas is the time to LOVE, but my love - my dear dad is no longer here with me. Last year on Christmas Eve, we went to have dinner Christmas buffet, took photo with the Santa Claus; wear all party hats and stuff and walking on the street; we had a very very good time indeed. Dad, are you being with Jesus and celebrate Christmas with other people? Is the carol much better than here? God, please take care of him for me. Amen. Quote

stand4hope Posted December 23, 2004 Posted December 23, 2004 I miss my dad, too, Berisa, especially during Thanksgiving and Christmas. He loved to come to our house and eat - always took home a big plate of food and talked about it for weeks. I miss that. I think now, instead of ham, he's eating steak and lobster in heaven and will talk about it for weeks! Merry Christmas, Berisa. Try to enjoy the holidays as best you can with your family. Love, Peggy Quote
mirrell Posted January 23, 2005 Posted January 23, 2005 Hi Berisa, I hope you are doing better. I have been thinking about my dad a lot as well. If I could go back to that one night when he died, I wish I could hold his hand all over again and just tell him to relax, everything would be ok. thinking of you mirrell Quote
