jcawork
Thanks for all of the care and concern. Sorry I have not been writing back. Too tired and not much to say. I am 10 days into WBR, they are doing me on the weekends too so I can start chemo sooner than later. Scheduled to have my ovaries out next Friday, but not sure if I should bother. It wont change the tx so why do it? Still depressed and have this horrific left flank pain that no one seems to know what it is or what to do. They say unrelated. Thanks again for the posts. Love, Jen

Rachel
Jen, I am so sorry to hear about all this. I wish there was more I could do besides praying & sending good vibes. Hang in there Jen. Keep an attitude up. I know it's easier said than done. I am hugging you big time & praying for your family also. Sending you strength. Patkid
We feel so inept at letting you know how much we care. It is so pathetically paltry, but we are sending hugs and we pray everyday. Love and support Pat and Brian
J.C.
I am joining everybody in the prayers and good wishes and vibes. Not many words to explain, J.C.
OhioKat
I think you should go ahead with having the ovaries taken. They might be the cause of your flank pain, as pain often travels to the strangest places. As for pretneding you're ok when you're not, I think that does a great disservice to yourself. No one could ever be "ok" with what you've been diagnosed with and while I'm certainly not advocating just giving in or giving up, it's just unrealisitic for others to think that you're not going to have periods of times where you're not little mary sunshine. You are allowed to feel horrible and sad and depressed, don't let anything make you think that you're not. You're also allowed to feel good, and joy and to feel hope. daggiesmom
Just thinking of you today and hoping you have a good (no pain). Keep fighting, ok? Joanie
Maryanne
Oh Jen, I really hope by now your depressions has lessened some. Get yourself on some meds if you are not already taking any. You just can't keep going on with depression as it will hurt your recovery chances. You found out what is wrong, it is horrific news, the pits...but you must pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start all over again, and bring back the positive attitude you always had. I worry about you and that beautiful family of yours. You are so lucky to have so much love surrounding you. That has to give you some kind of motivation, not to give up. Keep fighting girl, and know that we are fighting with you with prayers and all the support you may need from us. Please, please take care.
