joanie55
I've also seen this before and it totally freaks me out. I would love to know how this works. Joan
MurielK
Me, too. I played with it for a long time and couldn't figure it out. How about some help from Don Wood - he's a science type. Muriel
Don Wood
Well, I tried it twice and got the wrong answer both times. Must not be doing it correctly. Don
Frank Lamb
How's it do that.
jorja
I figured it out!!! Every time you try again, you'll notice that the symbols change. What I did was I tried it once but I didn't press the "crystal ball" and so I did another number and I got the same symbol. No matter what number you do you get the same symbol. Make sense? love, jorja
ginnyde
I tried doing the calc first and it was right and then I tried just staring at a random number and it was WRONG. But that doesn't mean I figured it out.
J.C.
You can do as many as you want at the same time and mark your answers with the symbols for each you will see thay are all have the same symbol for an answer Jackie
MurielK
When a and b are 2 digit numbers, all possible answers for the equation: (a + - b = X will be 9 or 18 or 27 or 36 or 45 or 54 or 63 or 72 or 81 or 99 And, all the symbols for those numbers are the same. MurielK
Some of you are very smart. Not so sure about myself. Did you notice how much time elapsed between my post saying I couldn't figure it out and the post with my "math" explanation? 4 hrs. and 35 min. Most people have better things to do with their time!
