SAJR
Only 10 more Radiation Treatments!!!! Doc said it shrunk 20%. CXR is normal now, so she began chemo July 9th. Carbo/Etoposide. Both on the first day then etoposide on the 2nd and 3rd day, then off for 18. (A total of 4 cycles of that) She did great with the first chemos, No nausea!!! Thank God, finally some good news. She even gained 3lbs and even eating a little better, still NO appetite. Very Tired!!! Spirits are a little better. Still not herself though. Thanks to everyone for your support and encouragement. Donna G
Shrinking, yes that is what we want! Good news. I had radiation and chemo first and when they went in and did surgery the tumor was dead, all scar tissue. Praying the same for your Mom. Keep us posted. trish2418
I'm glad the treatment is working. Let's hope it shrinks away to nothing real soon. Trish
Don M
Hey, your mom is headed in the right direction. I hope the momentum continues to build and she goes to NED at the end of her treatment. I would be very encouraged at 20% reduction. don M
