fillise Posted May 19, 2008 Share Posted May 19, 2008 Mom goes for her 3 month scans today. She will get the results on Friday. I am headed to NC on Wednesday and will go with her to the Dr. She says that she doesn't feel like anythig is different so I am optimistic. Still, the prayers and good thoughts never hurt. fillise Posted May 26, 2008 Author Share Posted May 26, 2008 Went with mom to the Dr on Friday and her primary tumor remains stable! It has shown no growth for over a year. She is still experiencing back pain so he ordered a bone scan to make sure none of the pain is from any new mets. He doesn't think so, but said it is his job to make sure that none of her pain is from cancer. He seemed surprised when he realized that she hasn't had any chemo in over a year.
