fillise Posted June 4, 2008 Share Posted June 4, 2008 Mom saw the Oncologist today. She sees the radiation oncologist tomorrow for radiation to relieve the pain. When she is finished with that she will being her second line of chemo treatment. She will also receive Zometa (got her first infusion today). I'm on a maintenance chemo now and I whine to my husband--"I don't want to do this anymore"--every three weeks when I go for my next infusion. Then I think about the possibility of having to go back on the real stuff. And radiation too! Tell your mom I really feel for her.
