TJM
Took a pain med about two hours ago and basically pain free. Sun setting on a glorious winter evening so I decided to do what I should have done days ago. Took a walk. To be honest I am very pleased. Breathing was heavy but no coughing and didnt have to stop. I'm guessing about a mile total. 25 minutes. Walked with my son. Good day. Peace Tom Rose Kaiser, Roz, LouT and 4 others
Rower Michelle
I remember my first one mile post diagnosis walk well, all of a sudden those small things became larger than life. Good deal for you! Keep at it. Roz, TJM, LouT and 1 other
TJM
Another absolutely beautiful February day in the Great Northwest. So another walk. Same as yesterday. Will do it a couple more times and then add some distance. Peace Tom Curt, LouT, Steff and 1 other
LouT
Tom, Movement is so good for you for 100 reasons, but especially with pulmonological treatments...in my mind the more you move (reasonably) the healthier you get more quickly. Keep up the good work and enjoy those beautiful Northwest skies. Lou TJM, Tom Galli and Rower Michelle
