I had a quiet birthday at home and that was just fine with me. We usually go out to eat on "special" days but I just didn't have the energy for that this time. BUT .... Any gastro-intestinal deprivations were more than adequetly addressed by 2 one pound New York steaks (one inch thick) broiled to perfection by yours truely, a couple of HUGE baked potatoes, fresh steamed brocholi and finished off with a big ol' piece of chocolate cake.
