My wife started with taxotere/carboplatin and her last chemo was taxol/carboplatin/avastin. She did well with both. Hope your dad does well also. Don

Nina, you are all-right! As many have said, it is a great attitude. I had cataract surgery on the left eye in the 1980's and the right eye a few years ago. It was great to see well again both times. Best to you. Don

I hated the ventilator. I had one when I had bypass surgery on my heart in 1997. It was a good thing they had my hands tied down, because when I woke up I wanted to pull the damned tube out. I can see why they would keep your dad sedated. They put me out and when I woke up, the tube was gone and I was a lot calmer. Best to you. Don
