    Karen, I'm just now seeing this! I'm sorry you're having to go through this, but sounds like you have a great game plan and good doctors!

    than answers... ughh It's just more waithing game.

    The CT of the neck didn't get done last week, so they did it today. She said there was something going on, but they weren't sure what. The upper left lobe had some lit up area, but not like real bright or something... They want a brain MRI on Monday and an appt with the pulmonologist to see if he wants to do a bronchoscopy again and biospy whatever it is. What's the point of that? Isn't it a given at this point? :(

    So, there ya have it. I don't have a clue what's going on. I didn't push for more answers today, but will ask more tomorrow. (Like didn't they see why the vocal chord is paralyzed?)

    Well, she had the ct scan today, then this afternoon, they get a call back saying the PET has been approved! Praise GOD! So, she won't see the doc tomorrow after all. He wants to wait til after the PET. The PET is scheduled for next Thursday.

    Thank you for your prayers, keep 'em coming!

    The stupid insurance (dad recently retired, it's cobra, and it's suppossed to run out next month...) denied her PET!!! She was only able to get the CT today. They're going to try and talk to the insurance tomorrow, after talking to the doc about the ct scan results.

    Someone told her to ck into getting ss, disability, but she's never really worked outside the home, so can you draw dad's?? We don't know anything about all this stuff, guess we're soon to find out!

    and get paid for it? lol but I'm serious... I need a job, but I'm not very marketable... I'm thinking LPN, but I need some income, like yesterday... so...

    Can anyone point me in the right direction, cause I haven't got a clue...

    I used to work at a hospital, but it's been like eight or nine years ago... I was more or less a nurse aid, (pysch tech) and I'd like something along those lines. But, I just got turned down for a medical assistant job, and I'm thinking I should go to school or something...

    Have you checked out tattoojohnny? I think that's the site anyway; they have lots of stuff on there. I just told the guy what I wanted, we looked on the net at pics of dragonflies and flowers, and he drew it on. :) What are the rest of your tattoos of? :)

    Yes, it's big, so I won't have that regret of it being too little, huh?! lol

    It did hurt a lot... I just kept telling myself if I can get through three natural child births, I can get through this! lol

    I'm already thinking of the next one... ha!
