  3. I had my lower right lobe removed. Was in hosp. for 5 days. Felt pretty good. Took it easy for a couple weeks, although I did take very short walks as soon as I got home. I was walking a mile and doing light housework within 3 to 4 weeks. Good luck and God Bless, Barb
  4. Hapy Birthday Cindi!!!!!! Barb
  5. I had Carbo/Taxol first in 6 weekly doses, then 2 stronger doses. I didn't lose my hair until the last 2 doses. I had my husband give me a buzz, because I too was told not to use a raisor. I did end up losing all of my hair, so buzzing it made it a lot easier to lose than if I had more hair. God bless, Barb
  6. Prayers going out to you and your sister. Barb

  14. Have fun in the hills. We just returned from the Smokey's. Tennessee side, but we wondered over to the NC side. We took our 2 grandsons and stayed in a little cabin and caught a lot of rainbow troup. Good fishing and the wonderful health shall be with you. Barb
  15. I had my lower right lobe removed and recovered very well. Of course all surgery is a pain, but I was up and strolling the hospital halls the second day after my surgery, and actually felt very well within a month. THEN I had radiation and chemo and felt awful. I too was at Moffitt hosp., and have all the faith in the world in the Dr's there. Keep the faith. My prayers, hugs, and kisses go to both of you, Barb
