I'm going to the beach with my 'fun' friends. Maybe some of you remember from last year my concern about going away with these gals. I return Saturday, but am off on Monday for my 3 month checkup at NIH. So........I need some good wishes for that, but need you (and all here) to keep an eye on Fred this week.
