elkiesmom Posted April 11, 2007 Share Posted April 11, 2007 We got the results from our ONC and Gary is still NED but ONC is concerned about the embolisiums that was found a few weeks ago by the pulmonary doc in both Gary's Lungs (have no trust in him since it took him 6 weeks to diag this he thought it was asthma even though Gary said it was not) In the meantime he has sent for the hospital records that no one shared with him. Our ONC we found out is also a hematologist and would like to also treat him for that so we have to find a nice way to tell our GP since he is now the one watching Gary's PT/INR levels and I must say doing a good job adjusting Gary's Coumadin meds but in the long run I have as well as Gary a respect as well as trust with our ONC. elkiesmom Posted April 11, 2007 Author Share Posted April 11, 2007 Thank you all and tday we picked our ONC to also monitor Gary's blood work weekly and adjust the coumadin since he is also a hematologist and would be the best one to help figure why Gary got the embolisiums since his legs have been ruled out.
