Ann
When working (or worked if you're retired), did you set your alarm clock every night or do you wake up on time on your own?
Ann
Yes, I always set my alarm clock. Although I'm pretty good about always waking up at the same time (even on weekends when I can sleep), I never trust it without that clock! laban
Back in the day, I'd usually set the alarm but would most often wake up before it went off. It was aggravating at the time. Wanted just a few more winks. It's because I have this thing about being on time. I am ALWAYS early for appts., work, church; anyplace I need to be, I'm there on time or before. Good or bad, that's just the way it is.
dchurchi
My very loud alarm clock is set every morning. I would not wake up at 4:15am on my own
dadstimeon
When I did work I set the alarm-- always 3 or 4 hours before I had to ( 20 years I worked nights) be at work. Gave me a chance to do things around the house, get my jogging or walk in and was always early for work.

lilyjohn
I always woke up ahead of time and turned the alarm off but I felt better knowing it was there for backup. I too liked to be up at least a couple of hours early so I could take my time with morning coffee and getting ready.
Maryanne
I wake up everyday at 7:30. My coffee is automatic and waiting for me. For some reason I do not wake up at that time on the weekend. I get up more like 8 or 9. Maryanne

J.C.
In my working time I always set the alarm clock never needed it as the natural alarm clock THE DOGS woke me up to go out and breakfast and went fast back to sleep. Still wonder how they knew it was Saturday or Sunday, those days they never woke me up????? Jackie
sharyn
I guess I have an "internal alarm clock"... I can basically tell myself before I hit the bed what time I need to be up in the morning and "whoola"... I am always up exactly at that time....
