babylove91297 Posted October 11, 2008 Share Posted October 11, 2008 Hi everybody, I am sorry it has taken me so long to update you all, but here I am.....finally. I recieved the results of my latest pet/ct scan almost 2 weeks ago, and I am in remission. I never thought I would hear those words a year ago, and I am overjoyed that I finally heard them. Again I am sorry it took so long to let you all know but I guess I just needed for it to sink in for awhile. I also decided against having the pci for now. I just don't believe that the odds of it working were that great. But if I change my mind my radiation oncologist told me just to call him back and we would set it up. I have been keeping myself busy lately at work and at home. I am starting to enjoy life again, and that makes me very happy. It's definitely been a long road, but I am surviving it.
