Which I can't get in Philadelphia -- they think it's spaghetti in cream sauce but it's really spaghetti mixed with butter, grated parmesan or romano, bits of ham, and ... a raw egg. I love it. I would probably want to go out to a fancy restaurant and have the works...fancy cocktail, appy, salad, main and dessert! I probably wouldn't be able to eat it all but I would enjoy all the sampling!
