Jill60 Posted August 2, 2022 Share Posted August 2, 2022 I had my first chemo and radiation today. I didn't have any reaction to the meds. They did everything they can to make me comfortable. I was given Benadryl, Pepsid and steroids before treatment started. The Benadryl knocked me out. Hopefully I'll gain a few pounds with the steroids. Love and Peace. Good ole' Benadryl before chemo; I eventually stopped bringing any reading material because I knew I would sleep. Here's hoping the next rounds go as smoothly.
