Here's to you and Ned and I hope your hubby doesn't get too jealous. Better not because it's going to be a long affair!

I know how that herniated disk can hurt - Len had one years ago that got operated upon and the difference was night and day. He had his life back after the operation. Of course, then, bone spurs grew and started pressing on the spinal nerves so it was back to the OR - but that's another story.

Are they going to put you through physical therapy for the disk, now that you're healthy as the proverbial horse?
