Why in the world would I want to get this thing out and fight with it to roast a chicken that I can buy cooked for $1.99 at the grocery? Plus...regardless of the claims they make, cleanup is not fast and easy. Also, when I put a chicken on this thing and tie the legs up with string, it seems one of them always manages to flop out of the string and then I have a real mess. So, moral of the story is is that I could buy a lot of cooked chickens for $169.00 and never have the mess. But that's what I get for being an appliance junkie.
