Ok...I've never been good at names so I've taken to, when introduced to someone new, repeating their name back to them such as "Nice to meet you, Bob". THEN I'll try to find a reason to say their name a time or two more "What do you think, Bob?" "Isn't Bob such a nice person?" By then it's usually stuck for a while, at least!
